The United States Supreme Court's 5-4 decision in Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts makes it clear that the enormous impact of Crawford v. Washington on the rules of evidence in New Jersey will continue to evolve for years into the future. This 2.5 credit seminar will explore the entire range of Crawford litigation as it affects New Jersey criminal and civil practice.
